We usually recommend a deep clean for first-time clients, move-ins/move-outs or seasonal resets.

Do I need to be home during the cleaning?

Not at all. Many clients provide us with a code, key or garage entry so we can clean while they’re away. Your comfort and security are our top priority—we’re fully insured, and all team members are background-checked and trustworthy.

Yes! We arrive fully equipped with professional-grade cleaning supplies and tools. We also offer eco-friendly product options—just let us know your preference when booking.

How do I book a cleaning?

At Upstate Cleaning Company, every service begins with a required walk-thru. This ensures we fully understand your space, your expectations and the level of care your property deserves. To get started, please complete the 'Service Request Form' on our website. Once received, a dedicated team member will contact you via your preferred method to schedule a walk-thru at your convenience.

What if I need to cancel or reschedule?

Life happens! We ask for at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Late cancellations may be subject to a fee, especially for repeat occurrences, but we always try to be flexible and understanding.
